We hope you are having a great holiday and end of the year!If you receive this email, it’s because Simon and I think you could be a great fit as an investor for Palau, or we want to keep you updated on our journey and Palau’s progress. App Traction:

  • During December, our user-base has grown by 17.2%

  • We had 1469 user sessions and 2026 products scanned.

Database:

  • Salsify (Data centraliser from the U.S.) has granted us access 120k new products! This is a big step for launching our app into the U.S. market.

  • Theo and Simon are currently working on adding all the LCA for these 120k products.

Marketing channels:

  • One of our videos reached the 1M mark in December!

  • Two of our videos on TikTok went viral again: Reaching 146k views and 92.6k views. Cheers to Holly & Jerome 🙌

Website update:

  • Our public newsletter has grown by 47%!

  • We launched the recipe functionality in the app with 12 recipes together with their carbon footprint!🔥🙌

  • A new innovative business model is out in testing 😎 . Beware, this model is out in disguise and will soon be on the public app through A/B testing. 🧙

Team update:

  • Toby has climbed Kilimanjaro, and Jerome has surf-foiled giant bombs! Connecting with Nature is always a massive boost to our mission!

Investment round update:

  • We have three new committed angels! We are still looking for a powerful VC and currently negotiating with several crowdfunding platforms!

Run-Rate:

  • We are still managing to move forward with a monthly budget under 6k total! 💸
